HOW TO RETURN BOARDS VIA THE RMA PROCESS:
1. First you
must obtain a
Return
Materials
Authorization (RMA) number using the form on our website.
2. Our RMA system is linked to our internal batch numbers, hence you will need more than one RMA number, in case you are returning boards from more than one batch.
3. Make sure the physical returned board quantity is the same as you have indicated in the RMA form. Any mismatch between the two will result in refusal to accept the shipment.
4. The boards you are returning must be packed in sturdy shipping boxes with sufficient packing material or urethane foam on all sides between the box and the boards.
5. If the shipping box shows signs of severe damage at the time of arrival, it will result in refusal to accept the shipment.
6. Make sure the RMA number you were assigned are clearly stated on the delivery note,
AND on the outside of the package to be returned.
7. Ship via prepaid courier service only (FedEx, UPS etc) to our shipping address:

8. It is your responsibility to retain a copy of the return’s tracking number in the event that the item is lost in transit.
9. Your NCR, and any other documentation describing the defect, must be forwarded by email directly to our QA department.

NOTE: RMA numbers can't be issued over the phone - you will need to fill out the online form!
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
RMA numbers are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance.
If Printca does not receive the PCB's to which an RMA number has been assigned within the allowed time frame, the RMA will be closed, and any shipment received bearing this RMA number after the expiration date will be refused.
Neglecting to follow any or all of the above instructions will result in refusal to accept the returned shipment, regardless of warranty status.
